1、內(nèi)容摘要近幾年,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,而物流貫穿經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的整個(gè)命脈,但是我國(guó)物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展還處于初級(jí)階段,如果長(zhǎng)此以往,必將阻礙經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,所以進(jìn)行傳統(tǒng)物流企業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型非常有必要。本文分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外物流發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,使中國(guó)物流企業(yè)能夠在知己知彼的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行根本的改變。并且對(duì)我國(guó)物流企業(yè)的性質(zhì)、類型和現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)的概念進(jìn)行了闡述,了解了傳統(tǒng)物流企業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的可行性和必然性。我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)輸和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流企業(yè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型,必須首先在觀念、市場(chǎng)定位、信息化改革、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)上進(jìn)行改變,但是僅僅在這幾方面變革是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,還需要引入新型的管理模式,注重人力資源管理,將客戶關(guān)系管理
