1、關(guān)于桂春路船閘～邕江出水口段上下游水位高差情況的說(shuō)明2013年5月30日13：40左右開(kāi)始下大雨，15分鐘以后，竹排沖河道水位急劇上漲。直到14：20左右漲到最高水位。其中越秀橋水位高69.18m，Z2+600處69.00m,錦春橋68.5m,青山橋68.0m，7號(hào)橋66.0m，邕江出水口65.38m。此次洪水本標(biāo)段水位高差起訖點(diǎn)高差3.6m,本標(biāo)段內(nèi)共有4道過(guò)河圍堰，1號(hào)圍堰高差0.3m,青山橋高差0.5m，2號(hào)圍堰高差0.5m,3號(hào)圍堰高差0.8m,4號(hào)圍堰高差1.5m。此次洪水上漲速度很快，下大雨后40分鐘洪水漲到最高水位，項(xiàng)目部全體人員立即啟動(dòng)
2、應(yīng)急預(yù)案。20分鐘左右后，項(xiàng)目部挖機(jī)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行圍堰挖除。挖除后1號(hào)圍堰處水位高差為0.1m,2號(hào)圍堰處水位高差為0.3m,3號(hào)圍堰處水位高差為0.4m,4號(hào)圍堰高差處水位高差為1.0m。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況分析，過(guò)河圍堰挖除后仍然存在水位差，主要原因?yàn)槠渲性拥肋^(guò)于狹窄上下游存在水位差1.0米；施工過(guò)程影響０.８米；7號(hào)橋以下，河道基本是維持原貌，300米河道水位存在0.5米的高差。istheTibetanPlateaupoly.Centercityonlyapopulationofoveronemillion.Xiningislocatedinthe"
