2、)選擇零件的鑄型種類,并選擇零件的材料牌號(hào)。(2)分析零件的結(jié)構(gòu),找出幾種分型方案,并分別用符號(hào)標(biāo)出。(3)從保證質(zhì)量和簡(jiǎn)化工藝兩方面進(jìn)行分析比較,選出最佳分型方案,標(biāo)出澆注位置和造型方法。(4)畫(huà)出零件的鑄造工藝圖(圖上標(biāo)出最佳澆注位置與分型面位置、畫(huà)出機(jī)加工余量、起模斜度、鑄造圓角、型芯及型芯頭,圖下注明收縮量)。(5)繪制出鑄件圖。2.設(shè)計(jì)要求(1)設(shè)計(jì)圖樣一律按工程制圖要求,采用手繪或機(jī)繪完成,并用三號(hào)圖紙出圖。(2)按所設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容及相應(yīng)順序要求,認(rèn)真編寫(xiě)說(shuō)明書(shū)(不少于3000字)。3.工作計(jì)劃(進(jìn)程安排)熟悉設(shè)計(jì)題目,查閱資料,做準(zhǔn)備工作1天確定鑄造工藝方
