1、雞CACNA1S基因SNPs及其與部分屠體性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)性研究張軍(溫州科技職業(yè)學(xué)院,浙江溫州325006)摘要:研究發(fā)現(xiàn)L型鈣離子通道α1亞單位(CACNA1S)與動物肌肉的收縮和發(fā)育存在一定的關(guān)系,但還未見雞CACNA1S基因的研究。利用PCR-SSCP技術(shù),對蕭山雞、仙居雞、靈昆雞、蕭山雞×仙居雞雜交F1代、愛拔益加雞CACNA1S基因5′-調(diào)控區(qū)(5′-UTR)和外顯子1(exon1)首次進行多態(tài)性檢測,結(jié)合屠體性狀做關(guān)聯(lián)分析。結(jié)果表明試驗群體CACNA1S基因5′-UTR和exon1存在2個單核苷酸多態(tài)性(SNPs)位點與屠體性狀關(guān)聯(lián):SNPs716位點
2、JJ基因型的胸肌率極顯著(P<0.01)大于KK基因型。SNPs1711位點YY基因型的全凈膛率和胸肌率顯著大于(P<0.05)XY和XX基因型;YY和XY基因型的半凈膛率和胸肌率極顯著(P<0.01)大于XX基因型。初步推斷CACNA1S基因可能是影響雞部分屠體性狀(全凈膛率、半凈膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率)的主效基因或與主效基因連鎖,并且這些突變位點可能被用作分子遺傳標(biāo)記選擇雞的屠體性狀。關(guān)鍵詞:雞;CACNA1S基因;PCR-SSCP;屠體性狀;關(guān)聯(lián)分析StudyonAssociationofSingleNucleotidePolymorphismsofCAC

6、locusSNPs1711,EvisceratedweightrateandbreastmusclerateofgenotypeYYwassignificantlybetterthanthatofgenotypeXYandXX(P<0.05),Semi-evisceratedweightrateandbreastmusclerateofgenotypeYYandXYwereverysignificantlybetterthanthatofgenotypeXX(P<0.01).ItwasconcludedfromtheresultsthatCACNA1Sgene
