1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計—變頻調(diào)速恒壓供水論文摘要隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,城市建設(shè)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,人口的增多以及人們生活水平的不斷提高,對城市供水的數(shù)量、質(zhì)量、穩(wěn)定性提出了越來越高的要求.我國中小城市水廠尤其是老水廠自動控制系統(tǒng)配置相對落后,機(jī)組的控制主要依賴值班人員的手工操作.控制過程繁瑣,而且手動控制無法對供水管網(wǎng)的壓力和水位變化及時作出恰當(dāng)?shù)姆磻?yīng)。于是選擇一種符合各方面規(guī)范、衛(wèi)生安全而又經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的供水方式,對我們給供水設(shè)計帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。為了保證供水,機(jī)組通常處于超壓狀態(tài)運(yùn)行,不但效率低、耗電量大,而且城市管網(wǎng)長期處于超壓運(yùn)行狀態(tài),曝?fù)p也十分嚴(yán)重。本論文結(jié)合我國中小城市供水廠的現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計了一套基于
2、PLC的變頻調(diào)速恒壓自動控制供水系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)工作可靠,使用方便,壓力穩(wěn)定,無沖擊等優(yōu)越性。本設(shè)計恒壓變頻供水設(shè)備由PLC、變頻器、傳感器、電動機(jī)和水泵等組成。通過PLC、變頻器、繼電器、接觸器控制水泵機(jī)組運(yùn)行狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)管網(wǎng)的恒壓變流量供水要求。設(shè)備運(yùn)行時,壓力傳感器不斷將管網(wǎng)水壓信號變換成電信號送入PLC,經(jīng)PLC運(yùn)算處理后,獲得最佳控制參數(shù),通過變頻器和繼電器控制元件自動調(diào)整水泵機(jī)組高效率地運(yùn)行。文中詳細(xì)介紹了所選PLC機(jī)、變頻器、傳感器及PID算法等的特點(diǎn)、各高級單元的使用及設(shè)定情況,給出了系統(tǒng)工作流程圖、程序設(shè)計流程圖等。關(guān)鍵詞:可編程控制器;變頻器;傳感器;恒壓供水系統(tǒng)。第39頁共
