1、(論文)摘要風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展促成了風(fēng)電裝備制造業(yè)的繁榮,風(fēng)電齒輪箱作為風(fēng)電機(jī)組的核心部件,倍受國內(nèi)外風(fēng)電相關(guān)行業(yè)和研究機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)注。但由于國內(nèi)風(fēng)電齒輪箱的研究起步較晚,技術(shù)薄弱,特別是兆瓦級風(fēng)電齒輪箱,主要依靠引進(jìn)國外技術(shù)。因此,急需對兆瓦級風(fēng)電齒輪箱進(jìn)行自主開發(fā)研究,真正掌握風(fēng)電齒輪箱設(shè)計(jì)制造技術(shù),以實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)國產(chǎn)化目標(biāo)。本文設(shè)計(jì)的是兆瓦級風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的齒輪箱,通過方案的選取,齒輪參數(shù)計(jì)算等對其配套的齒輪箱進(jìn)行自主設(shè)計(jì)。首先,確定齒輪箱的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)。選取一級行星派生型傳動方案,通過計(jì)算,確定各級傳動的齒輪參數(shù)。對行星齒輪傳動進(jìn)行受力分析,得出
2、各級齒輪受力結(jié)果。依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行靜強(qiáng)度校核,結(jié)果符合安全要求。其次,基于Pro/E參數(shù)化建模功能,運(yùn)用漸開線方程及螺旋線生成理論,建立斜齒輪的三維參數(shù)化模型。然后,對齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了齒面接觸應(yīng)力計(jì)算。先利用常規(guī)算法進(jìn)行理論分析計(jì)算。關(guān)鍵詞:風(fēng)力發(fā)電,風(fēng)機(jī)齒輪箱,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),建模(論文)AbstractTherapiddevelopmentofwindpowerindustryleadtotheprosperityofwindpowerequipmentmanufacturingindustry.Asthecorecomponentofwind
