2、種因素的影響,以及企業(yè)、政府和社會之間存在系統(tǒng)關(guān)系的研究結(jié)論,可從系統(tǒng)論的角度構(gòu)建一個包括經(jīng)濟(jì)、制度、監(jiān)督與執(zhí)行四個子系統(tǒng)的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任實現(xiàn)機(jī)制。其中,經(jīng)濟(jì)子系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)承擔(dān)社會責(zé)任的壓力和動力;由各種法律組成的制度子系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)利益相關(guān)者參與社會責(zé)任運動的支持和保障;包括道德在內(nèi)的監(jiān)督子系統(tǒng)為企業(yè)社會責(zé)任實現(xiàn)提供必要的監(jiān)督和信息傳遞;執(zhí)行子系統(tǒng)則是企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的具體承擔(dān)者。四個子系統(tǒng)的有機(jī)結(jié)合和相互作用,才能有效推動我國企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的實現(xiàn)。qyshzr/【Abstract】Currently,thesituati

5、dmainlytothediscussionofthereasonsuchlesstotherealizationmechanismforcorporatesocialresponsibility.Invieanceoftheirsocialresponsibility,suchaseconomic,moralandlegalfactors,andoftheresearchconclusionofthesystemrelationsbetents,andsociety,thispaper,bytakingint
