1、探討飲食護理干預(yù)對頭頸部癌放療期間的影響湖南省腫瘤醫(yī)院中南大學(xué)湘雅醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院湖南長沙410006【摘要】目的探討飲食護理干預(yù)對頭頸部腫瘤患者放療期間營養(yǎng)狀況的影響。方法選取2014年7月?2016年1月于我院就診的頭頸部腫瘤患者共90例作為此次研究的對象，把90例患者隨機分成對照組和觀察組，兩組各有45例。對照組采用常規(guī)護理方法，觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上進行飲食護理干預(yù)，觀察兩組營養(yǎng)狀況及護理前后體質(zhì)量變化情況。結(jié)果兩組護理前體質(zhì)量比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P〉0.05)，觀察組護理后體質(zhì)量(67.4±4.3)kg高于對照組體質(zhì)量(58.3±2.9)k
2、g,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。觀察組患者顯效32例(71.1%),有效10例(22.2%),無效3例(6.7%),對照組患者顯效15例(33.3%),有效18例(40.0%),無效12例(26.7%),觀察組有效率為93.3%高于對照組的73.3%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.01)。結(jié)論在常規(guī)放療護理的基礎(chǔ)上，采用飲食護理干預(yù)可有效的改善頭頸部腫瘤患者放療期間的營養(yǎng)狀況，對于患者的臨床治療只有重要的意義?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】頭頸部腫瘤；放療；飲食護理干預(yù)；營養(yǎng)狀況[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofdietnursinginterv
