1、楸樹(shù)無(wú)性系生長(zhǎng)和生理特性研究摘要:通過(guò)對(duì)楸樹(shù)(CatalpabungeiC.A.Mey)19個(gè)雜種無(wú)性系生長(zhǎng)、生理指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較分析,將為楸樹(shù)優(yōu)良無(wú)性系的選育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,不同楸樹(shù)無(wú)性系的樹(shù)高、葉長(zhǎng)、葉寬、長(zhǎng)寬比及葉柄長(zhǎng)度差異極顯著,胸徑、葉綠素含量SPAD值差異顯著;樹(shù)高與葉綠素含量SPAD值和比葉重呈極顯著正相關(guān),胸徑與葉長(zhǎng)和葉寬呈顯著正相關(guān),與葉綠素含景SPAD值呈極顯著正相關(guān);根據(jù)樹(shù)高、胸徑和葉綠素含量SPAD值3個(gè)指標(biāo),對(duì)19個(gè)楸樹(shù)無(wú)性系進(jìn)行聚類分析,結(jié)果無(wú)性系9-1、07-5-8-17、07-Y27-4和07-5-8-20較為優(yōu)良。本文采集自網(wǎng)絡(luò),本站發(fā)布的論文均是優(yōu)質(zhì)

7、Bignoniaceae)梓樹(shù)屬(CatalpaScop.),是中國(guó)特存的珍貴用材和觀賞樹(shù)種,它材質(zhì)優(yōu),用途廣,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),造林成活率高;在中國(guó)己經(jīng)有二千多年的栽培歷史,自古素有“木王”之美稱[1]。正是因?yàn)殚睒?shù)的優(yōu)良特性,造成了人類對(duì)楸樹(shù)的超限開(kāi)發(fā)利用,長(zhǎng)期的擇優(yōu)采伐使楸樹(shù)資源面臨嚴(yán)重枯竭的境地,現(xiàn)在木材市場(chǎng)上楸樹(shù)短缺,而森林里材種比例失調(diào),林種結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,進(jìn)而危及到自然生態(tài)平衡[2]。為確保楸樹(shù)
