1、優(yōu)質(zhì)護理理念指導下肺癌根治術(shù)患者圍術(shù)期護理效果(東南大學附屬江陰醫(yī)院江蘇無錫214400)【摘要】目的：分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護理理念指導下肺癌根治術(shù)患者圍術(shù)期護理效果。方法：隨機選取醫(yī)院收治的2014年1月到2015年1月60例肺癌根治術(shù)患者，并且依據(jù)圍術(shù)期護理方式的不同，分為研究組(30例)和對照組(30例)。給予對照組肺癌根治術(shù)患者圍術(shù)期中，采取常規(guī)護理干預，給予研究組患者，在優(yōu)質(zhì)護理理念指導下給予優(yōu)質(zhì)護理干預，對兩組患者圍術(shù)期護理效果進行比較。結(jié)果:對肺癌根治術(shù)患者，在圍術(shù)期進行優(yōu)質(zhì)護理干預，可以發(fā)揮積極護理效果，研宄組患者圍術(shù)期，在優(yōu)質(zhì)護理
2、理念指導下，經(jīng)優(yōu)質(zhì)護理干預后，臨床療效明顯高于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論：在臨床肺癌根治術(shù)患者圍術(shù)期，應用優(yōu)質(zhì)護理理念指導下的優(yōu)質(zhì)護理干預，圍術(shù)期護理效果要好于常規(guī)護理干預，降低不良反應發(fā)生幾率，提升圍術(shù)期療效，安全有效，發(fā)揮積極手術(shù)護理效果，起到積極影響。【關鍵詞】肺癌根治術(shù)；圍術(shù)期護理；肺癌；優(yōu)質(zhì)護理【中圖分類號】R471【文獻標識碼】A【文章編號】2095-1752(2016)28-0013-03Undertheguidanceofhighqualitynursingforpatientswithlungcancerdur
