1、隨著人們生活水品的不斷提高,對(duì)生活品質(zhì)的追求與日俱增,私人教練作為體育健身娛樂(lè)市場(chǎng)的王牌產(chǎn)品,迅速成為市場(chǎng)的焦點(diǎn)。然而,作為新興的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),私人教練沒(méi)有現(xiàn)成的適合中國(guó)國(guó)情的成熟模式,產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展依然是“摸著石頭過(guò)河”,這大大影響了其健康、有序、和諧地發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)私人教練的職業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,既可以為現(xiàn)實(shí)工作提供指導(dǎo)依據(jù),又可以為理論建設(shè)工作提供第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,在總結(jié)、對(duì)比了前人研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)私人教練的職業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。分析得出
2、:1、私人教練從業(yè)人員性別比例失調(diào),男性明顯多于女性,缺少系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn),從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)普遍不足。2、“陪考一體化”的職業(yè)資質(zhì)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)提供的培訓(xùn)無(wú)法保證證書的含金量,導(dǎo)致私人教練的職業(yè)認(rèn)證率虛高。3、國(guó)家尚未制定私人教練的職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和配套的管理體制,也缺少相應(yīng)激勵(lì)這一職業(yè)發(fā)展的政策措施,沒(méi)有政府的引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范,私人教練職業(yè)還處于一種無(wú)序的自然發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。4、部分私人教練對(duì)于應(yīng)具備的職業(yè)素質(zhì)缺乏深刻認(rèn)識(shí),片面追求成單率,甚至不惜犧牲職業(yè)素養(yǎng),而健身倶樂(lè)部對(duì)此缺乏監(jiān)管,采取放任自流的態(tài)度。5、目前大陸的私人教練普遍依附于俱
