3、設(shè)“資源節(jié)約型社會(huì)”、“環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)”,切實(shí)做到節(jié)能減排、“綠色交通”,發(fā)展瀝青路面再生技術(shù)勢(shì)在必行。目前看來(lái)最優(yōu)的廠拌熱再生技術(shù)受限于RAP摻量,相關(guān)規(guī)范規(guī)定RAP摻量為15%-30%,RAP的用量有限,其經(jīng)濟(jì)性和環(huán)保性并未達(dá)到最優(yōu)。本文采用SMC常溫改性劑不僅能夠做到常溫拌和保證路用性能,還將RAP用量提高到60%。本文首先解釋了常溫概念并對(duì)SMC常溫改性劑、SMC常溫改性瀝青的成分、性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了測(cè)定。隨后對(duì)SMC-16常溫再生瀝青混合料進(jìn)行了級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì),總結(jié)了選用冪函數(shù)模型,選取關(guān)鍵篩孔,
4、構(gòu)建級(jí)配曲線,進(jìn)行級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì),基于礦料最緊密狀態(tài)得出最佳油石比的級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)系列方法。最后結(jié)合室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),研究了高RAP摻量SMC常溫再生混合料的性能,各項(xiàng)性能滿足技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求,且高溫性能、低溫性能良好。關(guān)鍵詞SMC常溫瀝青改性劑;再生瀝青混合料;級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì);路面性能西南交通大學(xué)碩士研究生學(xué)位論文第II頁(yè)ABTRACTSincethereformandopeningup,thehighwayconstructioninChinaisrapid,thetotalscaleofthenationalhighwa
