5、heundertakingsofmaternalandinfanthealthcareshallbeincludedintheplansfornationaleconomicandsocialdevelopment.Article4TheadministrativedepartmentofpublichealthundertheStateCouncilshallbeinchargeoftheworkofmaternalandinfanthealthcarethroughoutthecountry,putforththe
6、guiding7principlesfortheworkindifferentareasandatdifferentadministrativelevelsinlightoftheirspecificconditions,andexercisesupervisionandmanagementofthenationwideworkofmaternalandinfanthealthcare.OtherrelevantdepartmentsundertheStateCouncilshall,withinthescopeoft
7、heirrespectivefunctionsandduties,cooperatewiththeadministrativedepartmentofpublichealthtomakeasuccessoftheworkofmaternalandinfanthealthcare.Article5TheStateshallencourageandsupporteducationandscientificresearchinthefieldofmaternalandinfanthealthcare,popularizeth
8、eadvancedandpracticaltechniqueformaternalandinfanthealthcareanddisseminatethescientificknowledgeinthisfield.Article6Awardsshallbegrantedtoorganizationsandindividualst
