2、gntoolofregardingcustomerdemandastheonlyguidingprinciple.Inordertoachievebothproductinnovationandmeetcustomerneeds,ThisarticlestudiedthathowtoachievetheinnovativeproductdesignbyintegrationofQFDandTRIZ.Thestudyfoundthat:QFDcanobtaincustomers'needsonly,cannotcreatedemand,can
3、findtheconflictonly,cannotresolvetheconflict.ButTRIZcansolvethesetwoproblems.Therefore,thispaperregardsthefirstphaseofHOQastheskeletalframeworkandintegratesQFDandTRIZintheleftwallandroofofHOQ.Inordertoprovidearule-basedprocessguidancetoproductinnovationdesign.Thethirdchapt
4、erconstructesa“mixed-drivendemandmodel”anda“Conflictresolutionmodel”.Thefourthchaptergivesthekeytechnicalmethodsoftwomodels.ItcontainsOrganicintegrationmethodologyofdemandsandtechniquesofconflictresolutionbyConflictmatrix.Duetothecurrentintegratedstudytoresolvetheconflicti
5、ntheroofHOQisverymuchandmatured,thedemand-sideintegratedresearchintheleftwallisstillquitelackingandinsufficient.Therefore,thispaperfocusesontheintegratedmodelQFDandTRIZindemand-sideaswellasorganicintegrationmethodology,Specificallyaddressedasfollows:1.IntegratedtheQFDandTR
