2、以采用的幾種方案,論述所列方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)的難易程度及各個(gè)方案的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,在綜合考量各個(gè)方案后選出相對(duì)合理的提案,并進(jìn)行機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。3D打印機(jī)在工作過(guò)程中,主要應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)X、Y、Z三個(gè)方向的機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)。因此,所設(shè)計(jì)的3D打印機(jī)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)達(dá)到X、Y、Z三個(gè)方向平動(dòng)的要求。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中通過(guò)對(duì)3D打印機(jī)的觀看,結(jié)合其他機(jī)床實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)的方法,從而得出自己最終要選擇的設(shè)計(jì)方案。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中首先列出幾種傳動(dòng)方案,如齒輪傳動(dòng),齒條傳動(dòng),齒形帶傳動(dòng)及絲杠等。通過(guò)對(duì)各種機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)傳動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析、所設(shè)計(jì)3D打印機(jī)外形尺寸的考
