1、摘要本文主要根據(jù)有源相控陣的基本原理,對(duì)平面陣結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行理論分析和設(shè)計(jì),最終完成線陣的總體仿真設(shè)計(jì)及測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果滿足技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求。對(duì)于低副瓣天線的研制具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。首先,論文介紹了有源相控陣天線的基本原理,其中包括一維有源相控陣技術(shù)及相掃原理,可實(shí)現(xiàn)低副瓣天線的三種方法。其次,對(duì)考慮反射板的矩形網(wǎng)格矩形邊界的平面陣進(jìn)行分析,得到了陣列的遠(yuǎn)區(qū)輻射場(chǎng)表示,并給出了數(shù)值計(jì)算方向性系數(shù)的方法。根據(jù)技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求,確定平面陣口徑分布,行饋采用泰勒分布,列饋發(fā)射時(shí)采用均勻分布,接收時(shí)采用泰勒分布,運(yùn)用經(jīng)典理論綜合出平面陣的單元數(shù)、單元間
2、距、口徑幅度和相位分布。根據(jù)方位和俯仰副瓣電平的要求,在行和列單元數(shù)、單元間距不變的情況下,對(duì)幅度和相位分布進(jìn)行誤差分析,以便指導(dǎo)行饋功分器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計(jì),并給出控制列饋分布的T/R組件的幅度和相位的設(shè)置精度。然后,在綜合考慮天線輻射單元的特性和便于與功分饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)一體化設(shè)計(jì)的要求下,從幾種不同的振子單元形式中選取了合適的振子形式。功分饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)采用帶狀線結(jié)構(gòu),由Wilkinson功分器級(jí)聯(lián)而成。使用HFSS軟件對(duì)單元振子和功分饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)分別進(jìn)行仿真,然后連接起來(lái)并進(jìn)行一體化線陣總體仿真優(yōu)化,在獲得較滿意的仿真結(jié)果的情況下,導(dǎo)出Autoc
