1、中國石油大學(xué)(華東)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)中國石油大學(xué)(華東)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)抽油機(jī)地面能耗分析學(xué)生姓名:王光輝學(xué)號(hào):02021736專業(yè)班級(jí):石油工程02-7班指導(dǎo)教師:張曉軍2006年6月20日2中國石油大學(xué)(華東)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)抽油機(jī)地面能耗分析摘要本文根據(jù)游梁式抽油機(jī)四連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的幾何關(guān)系和運(yùn)動(dòng)特點(diǎn),建立了游梁的擺動(dòng)方程,并精確計(jì)算出游梁式抽油機(jī)懸點(diǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù);考慮抽油機(jī)光桿靜載荷和慣性載荷及運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的重力和慣性情況,建立了抽油機(jī)系統(tǒng)相對(duì)曲柄的等效動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并求出具有動(dòng)平衡特征的曲柄軸凈扭矩;根據(jù)抽油機(jī)皮帶傳動(dòng)特點(diǎn)和力學(xué)分析,建立了一種簡便的皮帶傳動(dòng)
