5、定義是指中華人民共和國的廣告法。廣告指的是通過特定的媒體或者其他形式來推銷產(chǎn)品或提供服務(wù)的商業(yè)廣告,直接或間接的介紹他們的出售產(chǎn)品和提供的服務(wù)。廣告文化是從屬于商業(yè)文化的亞文化,自身又包含了商品文化以及營銷文化。廣告則是跨國界、跨文化的商品營銷的宣傳形式。中國的國際廣告實施過程中,在廣告語言的運用方面,翻譯工作者起著舉足輕重的作用,同時也面臨著由于各國文化與語言差異所帶來的各種困難。國際廣告的翻譯顯然不同于其它文體的翻譯,譯者需具備語言、社會文化、民俗、美學(xué)、心理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、廣告原理等多方面的知識,翻譯時也須采用新的策略。關(guān)鍵詞:國際廣告; 跨文化;交
