6、口不斷增加,近視已成為一種普遍社會現(xiàn)象,大部分近視的發(fā)展主要是在學(xué)齡期,而在成年后基本穩(wěn)定。其中高度近視又稱病理性近視,所導(dǎo)致的眼軸延長,后鞏膜葡萄腫,增加了近視眼的致盲率.這使得數(shù)以千萬計(jì)的國人生活質(zhì)量顯著降低,并消耗了大量的社會資源,因此尋找安全、有效的防治近視的治療方法,日益成為生命醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域急需解決的一項(xiàng)重大課題。目的:探討京尼平后Tenon’s囊下注射對兔實(shí)驗(yàn)性形覺剝奪性近視形成及發(fā)展的影響。方法:14d齡新西蘭幼兔40只,雌雄不限,測量雙眼屈光度,均以右眼為實(shí)驗(yàn)眼,左眼為對照眼。室溫20-23℃,白天用自然光照射,光照與黑暗的周期比例為12

7、h:12h。隨機(jī)分成A、B兩組,每組20只,A組為對照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)眼行單純縫合眼瞼,B組為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,實(shí)驗(yàn)眼行眼瞼縫合+后Tenon’s囊下注射0.5mmol/L京尼平,第60天拆開實(shí)驗(yàn)眼眼瞼縫線,測量雙眼屈光度,玻璃體腔長度、眼軸長度,閃光視網(wǎng)膜電流圖(暗適應(yīng)3.0和明適應(yīng)3.0),取實(shí)驗(yàn)眼鼻上1:00位和顳下7:00位鞏膜及對照眼相應(yīng)部位鞏膜,制作成5mm*10mm的鞏膜條帶,測量其厚度及彈性模量,蠕變率,極限應(yīng)力,極限應(yīng)變。用光學(xué)顯微鏡觀察視網(wǎng)膜、視神經(jīng)、鞏膜組織的變化。采用SPSS20.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行配對t檢驗(yàn)和獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)作統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:1.屈
