1、摘要住宅現(xiàn)澆樓板的裂縫是一種常見的建筑質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,對(duì)現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓板裂縫的成因進(jìn)行深入的理論分析,并提出設(shè)計(jì)、施工預(yù)防措施,具有巨大的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在施工階段,樓板的混凝土強(qiáng)度較低,承擔(dān)較大的施工荷載,可能導(dǎo)致混凝土的微裂縫損傷,較大的收縮可引起裂縫貫通。本文試圖建立混凝土的抗彎能力時(shí)變關(guān)系和施工荷載的時(shí)變關(guān)系,對(duì)施工階段混凝土樓板開裂的可能性進(jìn)行分析。首先通過(guò)對(duì)低齡期混凝土的抗壓試驗(yàn)和拉拔試驗(yàn)研究,獲得了低齡期混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度和粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度隨齡期的發(fā)展變化規(guī)律,為施工期混凝土樓板的抗力分析提供了理論依據(jù)。然后采用時(shí)變結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化分析模型,計(jì)算出施工期混凝土樓板在一
