2、mancewereinvestigatedundernaturalandartificialcon仃olconditionsat、7l,uhanin2008and2009.13Xoostrainswereusedforidentifyingtheresistanceagainstricebacterialblight.SevenbreedingPTGMSlinesandtherecipientparentwereusedasfemaleparentsforcrossingtwosetmaleparentsbyNCIIdesign.111egeneralcombiningabilitya
3、ndthespecificcombiningabilityoffemaleandmaleparentswereinvestigatedandanalyzedforyieldandmainagronomictraitsintheyear2008and2009at瞄an。Severalheteroticcombinationswereselected.Themainresultsareasfollows:1.0fsevennewlydevelopedindicaPTGMSlines.thefertilityalterationandstabilityofYR7009、YR7014、YIUO
4、l6andYR7023weresimilarastherecipientparent(Hua201S).But,theperformancesoffertilityalterationinYR7020、YR7026andYR-7027werenotsatisfactedforapplyinginbreedingpractice.2.Undertheartificialcontrolconditions,fouroutofsevenPTGMS1ines.YR7009、YR7014、YR7016andYR7023showedthatthecriticalpointtemperature(C
5、TP)offertilityalterationwaslowerthan23.5℃indailymeantemperature(19。C/nightand27"C/day).TheCTPOFtheotherthreelineswasabove23.5℃.3.ThePCRanalysesoftargetgenewithmolecularmarkersilluminatedthattheBBresistancegene(xQ2landXn7、)werehomogeneousineachlinesand也qcanbeinheritedtothenextgenerationstably.4.T
6、heresultofresistanceidentificationinfieldshowedthatthevirulenceofPX099wasstrongerthanZHE173andPX061.SevenPTGMSlinescontainingBBresistancegenes(Xa7orXa21orboth)wereresistantagainstabovethreeXoostrains.susceptibletotwoXoostrains.FuJandYN24。ThelinescontainingXa7wereresistantagainstFuJandYN24.Thelin
