1、水溶性導(dǎo)電型涂料的制備及性能研究摘要在非極性有機(jī)溶劑—功能質(zhì)子酸—水三相體系中,以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)為乳化劑,十二烷基苯磺酸和鹽酸為摻雜劑,過硫酸銨(APS)為氧化劑,采用乳液聚合法制備水溶性導(dǎo)電聚苯胺(PANI),研究了摻雜劑配比、氧化劑量、攪拌時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度對(duì)聚苯胺的電導(dǎo)率和溶解度的影響。綜合考慮電導(dǎo)率和溶解度兩者性能,確定最佳反應(yīng)條件為:反應(yīng)溫度15℃,攪拌時(shí)間3h,n(苯胺):n(HCI):n(DBSA):n(APS)=0.050:0.100:0.006:0.050,此時(shí)產(chǎn)物的電導(dǎo)率為3.95S·cm-1,溶解度為21.86%。
2、此時(shí)的產(chǎn)物在水中有良好的分散性能,能夠與水性高分子樹脂進(jìn)行共混加工。紅外光譜表明,摻雜態(tài)聚苯胺的特征吸收峰都向低頻方向移動(dòng),苯醌結(jié)構(gòu)的吸收峰發(fā)生了較大的變化,這說明聚苯胺的摻雜部位發(fā)生在苯醌結(jié)構(gòu)上;紫外光譜表明,代表苯醌上電子躍遷的峰發(fā)生了明顯的移動(dòng)。關(guān)鍵詞:聚苯胺;電導(dǎo)率;溶解度;共摻雜Water-solubleconductivecoatingsPreparationandPropertiesstudyAbstractTheWater-solubleconductivepolyanilinewassynthesizedbyemulsionp
