1、鋼管壁厚表示方法鋼管壁厚表示方法有管子表號、鋼管壁厚尺寸和管子重量三種方法1）是以管子表號"Sch"表示壁厚。管子表號是管子設(shè)計壓力與設(shè)計溫度下材料許用應(yīng)力的比值乘以1000,并經(jīng)圓整后的數(shù)值。即:Sch＝P/[σ]t×1000ANSIB36.10壁厚等級：Sch10、Sch20、Sch30、Sch40、Sch60、Sch80、Sch100、Sch120、Sch140、Sch160十個等級;ANSIB36.19壁厚等級：Sch5s、Sch10s、Sch40s、Sch80s四個等級;2）以鋼管壁厚尺寸表示中國、ISO、日本部分鋼管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用3）是以管子重量表示管壁厚度,它將管子
