2、enaEnglishcourseatseniorclasses.Form1978theFull-timeyearsofprimaryandsecondaryEnglishsyllabussystempublished,EnglishteachinginChinahavenodevelopindecade.From1922thepublishofnine-yearcompulsoryeducationcurriculumprogramprimaryschoolstarttosattheEnglishcourse.Englisheducationatprimarysc
3、hooldevelopfastinresentyears,alotEnglishcourseseoutofschoolsatouttohelpstudentstogetahighmark.PrimaryschoolEnglishteachinginChinastillhavealotproblems,thelimitofteacher,teachingmaterial,contentofcourses,instructionalmodeandsoon.AlthoughthedevelopmentofEnglisheducationinChinaforhalface
4、ntury,butEnglishteachinginprimaryschoolsnationwidebeganintheautumnof2001.SetEnglishcourseinprimaryschoolsisthemaincontentincurriculumreformofbasiceducationinourcountry.Englishclassesusuallyopeninthethirdgradeandabove,Coastalanddevelopedareas8--startfromelementarygrade.TopopularizeEngl
5、ishteaching,China'scurrentsituationofprimaryschoolEnglishteachersisn’tqualified.Mostprimaryschoolteachersarefromsecondaryteachersschool,andthesecondaryteachersschoolhavenoEnglishmajor.SoAtpresentthemajorityofprimaryschoolEnglishteacherswithoutprofessionaltraining.Insurvey，oneeconomica
6、llydevelopedtownhave13primaryschooland38teachers.Amongthetheachersonly3areUniversitygraduates,only11%receivedprimaryschooleducationtraining.ThoseteachersonlylearnedjuniororseniorEnglish,afterashortEnglishteachingtraining,theybecomeanEnglishteacherinshool.MostprimaryschoolEnglishteache
7、rshavetoomuchworkload,theyteachmorethan100studentsandhave16-18classesperday.ThequalityofEnglishclassessurelycanbesatisfiedstudents.Operatingexpenseslimitcousetheteacherswagesarenotfulluptoexpectionsofgraduateduniversitystudentsandtheregularteachers.Theyalsohaven’tchancetohavetraining.
