1、摘要畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文電爐煉鋼摘要當(dāng)前電弧爐正朝著大型電弧爐、超高功率供電技術(shù)、采用各種爐外精煉、發(fā)展直接還原法煉鋼、逐步擴(kuò)大機(jī)械化自動(dòng)化及用電子計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行過(guò)程控制等的發(fā)展，所以我們進(jìn)行了電爐煉鋼的設(shè)計(jì)，以適應(yīng)潮流的發(fā)展。電爐的主要產(chǎn)品是鋼材，而鋼的質(zhì)量取決于電爐冶煉技術(shù)和工藝，目前我國(guó)鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)大量整合趨向于集中，整合資源優(yōu)化升級(jí)。本設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)指導(dǎo)老師的課題范圍，查閱相關(guān)資料，結(jié)合重慶地區(qū)實(shí)際條件，優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)年產(chǎn)為100萬(wàn)噸的電爐間。本次設(shè)計(jì)查閱國(guó)內(nèi)大型電爐車(chē)間設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容和文獻(xiàn)資料，明確本次設(shè)計(jì)的目的、方法，并向老師請(qǐng)教可行性方案。結(jié)合《煉

2、鋼設(shè)備及車(chē)間設(shè)計(jì).》、《煉鋼廠設(shè)計(jì)原理》、《爐外處理》等資料進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)提綱的書(shū)寫(xiě)。對(duì)電爐進(jìn)行配料計(jì)算，計(jì)算出電爐煉鋼的原料配比。對(duì)電爐電氣設(shè)備、爐外精煉、連鑄系統(tǒng)、車(chē)間煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)、煉鋼車(chē)間布局，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)大型電爐進(jìn)行設(shè)定并向田老師探討可行的方法和數(shù)據(jù)。繪制電弧爐平面圖和電爐煉鋼車(chē)間平面布置圖。關(guān)鍵字：電弧爐車(chē)間設(shè)計(jì)連鑄爐外精煉IABSTRACTABSTRACTThecurrentismovinglargeelectricarcfurnaceelectricarcfurnace,high-powerpowersupplytechnolog
