1、洛陽理工學院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)Φ2.4x11中心傳動球磨機滑履軸承支承設(shè)計摘要球磨機在建材行業(yè)應用廣泛,是目前工業(yè)上廣泛使用的細磨機械。磨機能粉末各種硬度的物料,在礦場和發(fā)電廠均有應用。球磨機不但在建材工業(yè)中廣泛應用,而且在冶金、選礦、化工、電力等工業(yè)中也廣泛采用.作為粉磨設(shè)備的球磨機,目前一般采用滑動軸承作為主軸承,它比傳統(tǒng)的支承方式相比具有很大的優(yōu)勢。軸承襯采用巴氏合金,引起具有良好的摩擦相容性、順應性和嵌入性,非常適合像球磨機這樣的重載、低速,并伴有沖擊現(xiàn)象的機械設(shè)備的要求,因此在生產(chǎn)中已被廣泛使用。關(guān)于滑履支承,國外早以在磨機上采用
2、。我國江南水泥廠濕法生料磨機已在進料端采用該支撐方式。由于磨機的大型化發(fā)展,其軸承負荷也俞來俞大,另外烘干兼粉磨的磨機,其進料口要大,而且氣流溫度高,主軸承就不適合,這樣,采用滑履支承教為適合。球磨機大型化后,首先不能滿足中空軸的通風面積(尤其是對于帶烘干倉的球磨機),其次就是傳統(tǒng)的進出料螺旋筒不能滿足暢通地大量喂料和卸料的要求。本次主要設(shè)計滑履支承,并對托瓦、凸球面體、凹球面體等進行工作分析,載荷計算,形狀尺寸設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞:球磨機滑履軸承支承分析設(shè)計II洛陽理工學院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)Thedesignofmillslidingshoebe
