3、ncyIdentification.ThethreebasiccomponentsofatypicalRFIDsystemareanantennaorcoil,atransceiver(readerwithdecoder),andatransponder(tag)withelectronicallyprogrammedinformation.InanRFIDsystem,anantennacontinuouslyemitsradiosignalsatagivenfrequency.Whenatransponder(

4、thatissettodetectthatspecificfrequency)comesintocontactwiththesesignals,thebadgeisactivatedandcommunicateswirelesslywiththereaderthroughthemodulationoftransmittancefrequencies.Throughtheuseofanantenna,theinformationthatisstoredonthetranspondercanbereadorwritte

5、nfromthetransponder.Typically,theantennaispackagedwiththetransceiverintoalargerstructurecalledareader(interrogator)thatisinchargeofthesystem’sdatacommunicationandacquisition.Thedatathatisobtainedandanalyzedbythereadercanthenbetransportedtoacomputerthroughseria
