1、大連理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的脫硫脫氮除塵的研究姓名:馮義申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:于才淵;張景雙20081201大連理工大學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士學(xué)位論文摘要循環(huán)流化床鍋爐在燃燒的過程中可脫除S、N等有害氣體,同時(shí)采用電除塵技術(shù)去除煙氣里的煙塵,其排放物可達(dá)到國家的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的燃燒效率很高,大于或等同于煤粉爐,其經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)保價(jià)值均優(yōu)于其他類型鍋爐,因此它是個(gè)值得大力提倡推廣的燃煤爐型。目前我國環(huán)保要求日益嚴(yán)格,電廠負(fù)荷調(diào)節(jié)范圍較大、煤種多變、原煤直接燃燒比例高、國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平不平衡、燃煤與環(huán)保的矛盾日益突出。在這種情況下,循環(huán)流化床鍋爐已成
2、首選的高效低污染的新型燃燒技術(shù)。本文對循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的潔凈燃燒在理論上做了簡要的論述,并結(jié)合黑化股份公司的YG一75/3.82一M。型循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況,對循環(huán)流化床鍋爐燃燒過程中的脫硫、脫氮、煙氣的除塵、灰渣的排放和利用等情況進(jìn)行了探討。黑化循環(huán)流化床鍋爐循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的脫硫效率達(dá)到89.6%、S0:平均排放量為360mg/m3,NO。的平均排放量為110mg/m3,煙氣中粉塵平均排放量為87mg/ma,證明了循環(huán)流化床鍋爐達(dá)到了潔凈燃燒的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。關(guān)鍵詞:煤、循環(huán)流化床鍋爐、潔凈燃燒、脫硫、脫氮TheresearchofCirculatingfluidizedb
