3、chofwindpipeoesophagusatthethyroidglandbottom,atthe2-4trachealringlevelcutoffrecurrentlaryngealnerve1m,thenearheartrecurrentlaryngealnervewassewinsubcutaneouslyandsewupnickaftertakingoutleftsidecleidomastoidalmascle(providecleidomastoidalmasclemyoblasts).itwastoexposeglottisunderrisingepiglottiswith
4、thelaryngoscopeandrowascarattheleftsidevocalcordsurfacewihhthehookedneedle,thedeptharrivedvocalcordmuscle.Theestablishedanimalmodelaboutrecurrentlaryngealnerve(RLN)injuryandscarvocalcord.20bigwhiterabbitrandomweredividedinto2groups,each10,20bigwhitetherabbitallwerecutoffrecurrentlaryngealnerve(RLN)a
5、ndhurtedtheleftsidevocalcord.Agroupwasinjection4---skeletalmyoblastsintheleftthyroarytenoid(injectionskeletalmyoblastsgroup),therightsidewasnormalcompare;BgroupwasinjectionSodiumChlorideintheleftthyroarytenoidintheleftthyroarytenoid(injectionSodiumChloridegroup),therightsidewasnormalcompare.Toexamin
