2、2的基礎(chǔ)研究摘要以N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)-三乙烯四胺(TETA)-三乙醇胺(TEA)混合胺水溶液吸收CO2為研究對象,在一定的溫度和壓力范圍內(nèi),采用動態(tài)法實驗測定了不同TEA濃度的混合胺溶液的CO2吸收速率、CO2吸收負荷和CO2的平衡分壓。實驗結(jié)果表明低溫、高CO2分壓、高TEA濃度有利于CO2的吸收。在簡化的MDEA-TETA-TEA-H2O溶液吸收CO2機理的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了CO2的平衡溶解度模型以及導(dǎo)出的CO2平衡分壓方程,采用單純形法確定了模型中的待定參數(shù),模型的預(yù)測值與實驗值基本吻合?;跍y定的混合胺溶液吸收CO2的速率,建立了混合胺溶液吸收CO2的動力學(xué)模型
