1、葉尖間隙對(duì)跨聲速風(fēng)扇葉片顫振特性的影響研究(能源與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院,北京100083)摘要:本文旨在使用數(shù)伉計(jì)算方法研究風(fēng)扇葉片葉尖間隙大小對(duì)葉片顫振特性的影響。研究以NASArotor67轉(zhuǎn)子為算例,使用HGFS計(jì)算程序計(jì)算了5種不同間隙卜典型工作狀態(tài)的流場(chǎng)和不同節(jié)徑下氣動(dòng)阻尼。矩常計(jì)算采川周期性邊界條件單通道計(jì)算,非定常計(jì)算和顫振計(jì)算采用單排全環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)子計(jì)算。計(jì)算選用的葉尖閩隙包括實(shí)際工作葉尖W隙和0.25倍、0.5倍、0.75倍和2倍艽他葉尖間隙。顫振計(jì)算使川流固耦合法,考慮了第一階彎曲模態(tài)對(duì)振動(dòng)的影響,通過模擬葉片勾流體的相互作用判斷其氣彈穩(wěn)定性。數(shù)伉計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,過大或過小的葉尖問
