2、ceoverIP）是一種在IP網(wǎng)絡(luò)上互傳語音或視訊的技術(shù)，是人們可以享受到資費更便宜、甚至完全免費的通話，以及各種各樣的多媒體增值服務(wù)，電信運營商的服務(wù)內(nèi)容及方式也相應(yīng)地產(chǎn)生了翻天覆地的變化。同時，為了降低通話成本，滿足更多的用戶需求，越來越多的公司采用“IP電話”系統(tǒng)。這些企業(yè)通常已經(jīng)架設(shè)了以太網(wǎng)絡(luò)，采用VoIP可以統(tǒng)一多種不同平臺網(wǎng)絡(luò)和極大地減少電話開銷。VoIP技術(shù)正日益成為企業(yè)通信的主流技術(shù)之一。本文提出基于SIP協(xié)議的VoIP系統(tǒng)方案，重點研究了支持SIP終端的軟交換解決方案。在原有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)上，通過架設(shè)軟交換服務(wù)器、語音網(wǎng)關(guān)和IP電話等設(shè)備，實現(xiàn)了內(nèi)部局
