1、桂林電子科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)報(bào)告用紙摘要可樂原液稀釋控制系統(tǒng)的工藝是用一定的熱水去稀釋可樂原液,使混合液達(dá)到一定的溫度,以滿足后續(xù)發(fā)酵工藝的要求。本課題主要針對可樂原液稀釋控制系統(tǒng),提出了基于PID調(diào)節(jié)的PLC控制系統(tǒng),并用觸摸屏顯示混合液的實(shí)測溫度,流量和電動控制閥門開度。本系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)帶負(fù)反饋的閉環(huán)系統(tǒng),PID控制的輸入是被測溫度和設(shè)定溫度的偏差,溫度傳感器將測得的溫度經(jīng)過A/D模塊送給PLC處理,PID控制的輸出經(jīng)過D/A模塊后送給電動控制閥作為其輸入信號,來改變閥的開度,通過改變閥的開度來改變熱水的流量,從而改變混合液的溫度,直到達(dá)到設(shè)定溫度。然后利
2、用觸摸屏來顯示混合液的實(shí)測溫度,流量以及電動控制閥的開度。本課題的重點(diǎn)是實(shí)現(xiàn)對可樂混合液的溫度控制,其采用的是PID調(diào)節(jié)控制溫度。先確定一個(gè)和系統(tǒng)相近的控制系統(tǒng),并且在MATLAB的SMULINK環(huán)境仿真,用臨界振蕩法求得該系統(tǒng)的PID各調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù),再根據(jù)系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)不斷調(diào)節(jié)PID的控制參數(shù),直到得到一組合適的調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間和超調(diào)量。將這組PID的控制參數(shù)應(yīng)用到不同的控制系統(tǒng)下,去檢驗(yàn)這組控制參數(shù)的通用性。通用性良好則采用這組參數(shù)作為本系統(tǒng)的PID控制參數(shù)。關(guān)鍵詞:PLC;A/D;D/A;PID調(diào)節(jié);溫度控制;觸摸屏;桂林電子科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)報(bào)告用紙Abstrac

7、dthePIDadjustmentparametersbyCriticaloscillation,andthencontinuouslyadjustthethecontrolparametersofPID,untilgetasuitablesettlingtimeandovershoot.ThenthisgroupofPIDcontrolparametersappliedtodifferentcontrolsystems,toexaminethissetofcontrolparameters‘sversatility.Iftheuniversalisgood,
