1、中國人民財產(chǎn)保險股份有限公司道路工程建筑工程一切險條款及附加條款一、第一部分物質(zhì)損失保險(一)保險責(zé)任1．在保險期間內(nèi)，若保險單明細(xì)表中分項列明的保險財產(chǎn)在列明的工地范圍內(nèi)，因除外責(zé)任（包括本部分的除外責(zé)任和總除外責(zé)任）以外的任何自然災(zāi)害或意外事故造成的物質(zhì)損壞或滅失(以下簡稱“損失”)，保險人按本保險合同的約定負(fù)責(zé)賠償。2.對經(jīng)保險單列明的因發(fā)生上述損失所產(chǎn)生的有關(guān)費(fèi)用，保險人亦可負(fù)責(zé)賠償。3.保險人對每一保險項目的賠償責(zé)任均不得超過保險單明細(xì)表中對應(yīng)列明的分項保險金額以及附加條款或批單中規(guī)定的其他
