4、tedunderstaticpointloads,withtheshear-spanratiobeingkeptaround1.5.Onthisbasis,theoverallprocessofcrackingdevelopmentundershearandtheeffectoflongitudinalreinforcementratioonitwasinvestigated.Atfirst,developmentofvariouscrackscarefullyrecordedandstrainsOilboththerebarsandt
