1、-超高強微鋼纖維增韌混凝土的制備及其力學性能研究王沖1,LizaO’Moore21:重慶大學材料科學與工程學院,重慶,4000452:DepartmentofCivilEngineering,theUniversityofQueensland,QLD4072,Australia摘要:高脆性是超高強混凝土難以被廣泛應用的主要原因之一。為降低脆性,本研究利用長度為6mm與13mm的三種微鋼纖維,制備了超高強微鋼纖維混凝土,研究了不同纖維長徑比及摻量條件下混凝土的力學性能指標,其中包括ASTMC-1018方法測試超高強微纖維混凝土的抗彎韌性。試驗結(jié)果顯示:隨纖維摻量的增加,超高強混凝土能量吸收能力增
2、加明顯;與不摻纖維時相比,1.0%體積摻量下三種纖維混凝土的初始裂縫強度、抗折強度和韌性指數(shù)均有顯著提高,摻量2.0%時初始裂縫強度、抗折強度和韌性指數(shù)的增加受到影響;長度為6mm的纖維在2.0%摻量時抗壓強度相對較大,而長度為13mm的兩種纖維在摻量1.0%時抗壓強度較高;摻入3種纖維的混凝土劈拉強度和彈性模量也由于纖維的摻入而有所增加。本論文結(jié)果表明,微鋼纖維用于增韌超高強混凝土時,宜采用適宜摻量。關(guān)鍵詞:微鋼纖維;超高強混凝土;制備;力學性能中圖分類號:TU528.572文獻標識碼:AResearchonPreparationandMechanicalPropertiesofSuper-

6、ompressivestrengthofSHSCwastestedinthecaseof2.0%volumewhen6mmlengthfiberadded,buthighercompressivevalueweremeasuredundertheconditionof1.0%when13mmfibersadded.TheresultsalsoshowthattensilestrengthandYoung’smodulusofSHSCwereimprovedbyaddingsteelmicro-fiber.Itisconcludedinthisresearchthatareasonablefib
