1、.摘要改革開(kāi)放后，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，人民生活物質(zhì)文化水平的逐步提高。我國(guó)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來(lái)了高速發(fā)展的“黃金期”。風(fēng)景區(qū)作為我國(guó)旅游業(yè)的重要基質(zhì)，也呈現(xiàn)出高速發(fā)展的勢(shì)態(tài)。在風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)內(nèi)，或者依靠風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)周邊來(lái)發(fā)展旅游業(yè)以及商業(yè)，幾乎成為我國(guó)旅游發(fā)展模式的代表之一。隨著風(fēng)景區(qū)發(fā)展的深入，問(wèn)題也隨之而來(lái)。首當(dāng)其沖的就是風(fēng)景區(qū)內(nèi)的生態(tài)資源，遺產(chǎn)資源被破壞與損毀。風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)是大自然贈(zèng)與人類的寶貴財(cái)富，它屬于一種不可再生資源。如何做好風(fēng)景區(qū)生態(tài)保育體系與整個(gè)風(fēng)景區(qū)的保護(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)，如何使風(fēng)景資源的保護(hù)切實(shí)有效，是現(xiàn)階段
2、我國(guó)風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)發(fā)展關(guān)注的核心。風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)規(guī)劃，是風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)工作的重要依據(jù)和行動(dòng)綱領(lǐng)，是做好風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)保護(hù)、利用和管理工作的前提和根本基礎(chǔ)。保護(hù)培育規(guī)劃是風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)規(guī)劃中是針對(duì)風(fēng)景資源保護(hù)的重要專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃之一。做好風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)生態(tài)保護(hù)與培育專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃，是風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)生存與發(fā)展的重要要求。本文通過(guò)研究生態(tài)保護(hù)培育所涉及到的各項(xiàng)學(xué)科，結(jié)合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外國(guó)家公園（風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)）案例，嘗試找出適合我國(guó)風(fēng)景區(qū)發(fā)展的，具有可操作性的，保護(hù)培育專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃方法;并且盡可能詳盡對(duì)各項(xiàng)生態(tài)保護(hù)培育要素提出建議性規(guī)定。綜合國(guó)外國(guó)家公園(國(guó)立
