2、即在卷邊間加設(shè)綴板,并通過(guò)已有試驗(yàn)對(duì)其有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,同時(shí)推導(dǎo)了卷邊間綴板的剛度需求。結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)構(gòu)件截面尺寸控制畸變屈曲不發(fā)生或發(fā)生在局部屈曲之后,可以不考慮構(gòu)件畸變屈曲的影響,簡(jiǎn)化冷彎薄壁型鋼卷邊槽形截面構(gòu)件承載力的計(jì)算;計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度小于畸變屈曲半波長(zhǎng)一半的構(gòu)件不發(fā)生畸變屈曲;通過(guò)在卷邊間加設(shè)綴板的構(gòu)造措施能有效阻止部分加勁板件的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),構(gòu)件的畸變屈曲荷載和承載力都有很大的提高,綴板布置間距不同,構(gòu)件承載力的提高幅度也不同,綴板間距越小,構(gòu)件承載力提高幅度越大。算例分析表明,滿足一定間距和剛度需求的綴板能夠提高構(gòu)件的畸變屈曲承載力或避免畸變屈曲的發(fā)生。關(guān)鍵詞:冷彎薄壁型鋼構(gòu)件;部分加勁板件;綴
