1、摘要本文主要對鹽酸改性硅藻土及改性硅藻土處理乙烯廢堿液進(jìn)行了研究。通過單因素實(shí)驗(yàn),考察了硅藻土改性的液固比、改性劑濃度、改性時間及改性溫度對硅藻土改性效果的影響趨勢及改性硅藻土處理乙烯廢堿液的吸附溫度、吸附時間、改性硅藻土加入量和乙烯廢堿液的pH對乙烯廢堿液中硫去除率的影響趨勢,確定了硅藻土改性的最佳工藝條件及改性硅藻土處理乙烯廢堿液的最佳工藝條件。硅藻土改性實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,改性的最佳工藝條件為:液固比為4:1、改性劑濃度為4mol/L、改性最佳時間為40min、改性最佳溫度為35℃。改性硅藻土處理乙烯廢堿液的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,
2、改性硅藻土處理乙烯廢堿液的最佳工藝條件為:吸附時間為40min、吸附溫度為20℃、改性硅藻土加入量為1.5g、乙烯廢堿液的pH為3。在此條件下可使20mL乙烯廢堿液中硫濃度由560.4mg/L降到29.4mg/L,硫去除率達(dá)94.75%,COD濃度由148000mg/L降到12000mg/L,COD去除率達(dá)91.89%,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。改性硅藻土具有比表面積較大、孔隙率較高、吸附性能較強(qiáng)、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性高、價格低廉等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在乙烯廢堿液處理方面具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。關(guān)鍵詞:改性,硅藻土,乙烯廢堿液,吸附AbstractInthi
