1、鋼框架焊接梁柱節(jié)點子結構抗倒塌性能試驗研究霍靜思,王寧,陳英(湖南大學教育部建筑安全與節(jié)能重點實驗室,湖南長沙410082)摘要:設計了2種過焊孔構造(扇形和擴大型過焊孔)的3個鋼框架梁柱節(jié)點子結構試件,采用落錘沖擊的加載試驗方法模擬結構的動態(tài)倒塌過程。通過試驗獲得節(jié)點試件的破壞形態(tài)及其沖擊荷載和變形時程曲線,分析試件沖擊荷載和位移時程響應規(guī)律以及子結構動態(tài)轉角和耗能變化趨勢。結果表明:過焊孔構造對節(jié)點在沖擊荷載作用下的破壞形態(tài)和力學性能有顯著影響,補強焊縫可有效改善擴大過焊孔節(jié)點的上翼緣壓曲;與扇形過焊孔相比,擴大型過焊孔節(jié)點試件
2、具有更好的抗沖擊轉動能力,其極限轉角滿足FEMA350中的轉角限值(θ=0.064rad)要求;通過分析沖擊過程中試件截面內力發(fā)展規(guī)律可知,由于節(jié)點過早破壞限制懸鏈線效應的形成,該類型節(jié)點子結構由于節(jié)點轉動能力不足不能充分發(fā)揮懸鏈線效應。關鍵詞:梁柱節(jié)點;動態(tài)沖擊試驗;動力性能;懸鏈線效應;抗倒塌能力中圖分類號:TU973.15TU317.1文獻標志碼:AExperimentalstudyoncollapseresistanceofweldedbeam-columnconnectionsubstructureofsteelframe
