1、四肢拼合冷彎薄壁型鋼截面立柱軸壓性能試驗(yàn)研究及數(shù)值分析楊東華1,2周天華1聶少鋒1吳函恒1(1.長安大學(xué),陜西西安710061;2.西部機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán),陜西西安710075)摘要:對(duì)不同長細(xì)比的8根四肢拼合冷彎薄壁型鋼截面立柱的軸壓性能進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,在試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上建立考慮材料、幾何和接觸非線性的有限元模型,并通過對(duì)試驗(yàn)試件的數(shù)值模擬,驗(yàn)證有限元方法的正確性。采用數(shù)值方法分析長細(xì)比、連接螺釘間距、截面翼緣寬厚比對(duì)四肢拼合冷彎薄壁型鋼截面立柱軸壓性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:試件最終破壞均呈現(xiàn)局部屈曲和畸變屈曲的破壞模式;四肢拼合冷彎薄壁型鋼截面立柱的軸壓
