2、計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程根據(jù)雷諾方程推導(dǎo)涉及大量假設(shè)簡(jiǎn)化,因此對(duì)靜壓主軸壓力油膜從N-S方程出發(fā)進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算分析其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)承載特性的影響,進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)變得非常重要。介紹液體靜壓主軸系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)、工作原理,設(shè)計(jì)了一套薄膜反饋節(jié)流器液體靜壓主軸系統(tǒng),對(duì)薄膜反饋節(jié)流器、主軸箱進(jìn)行模塊化、集成化設(shè)計(jì),有利于靜壓軸承和薄膜反饋節(jié)流器的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。液體液體靜壓主軸依靠高壓油通過(guò)靜壓軸承平衡外載荷,根據(jù)計(jì)算流體力學(xué),對(duì)壓力油膜進(jìn)行了理論上的分析,建立其數(shù)學(xué)模型,選用FLUENT求解器對(duì)其進(jìn)行數(shù)值求解,分析薄膜反饋節(jié)流靜壓軸承不同結(jié)構(gòu)
