6、····································1818中北大學課程設計說明書1.機床參數(shù)的確定:(1)運動參數(shù):回轉(zhuǎn)主運動的機床,主運動的參數(shù)是主軸轉(zhuǎn)速。①最低轉(zhuǎn)速和最高轉(zhuǎn)速:=12.5rpm=2120rpm②分級變速時的主軸轉(zhuǎn)速數(shù)列:機床的分級變速機構(gòu)共有Z級。Z=12,。任意兩級轉(zhuǎn)速之間的關(guān)系應為:據(jù)=φ11,得:φ=1.58。查表得:各軸轉(zhuǎn)速:12.5、20、31.5、50、80、125、200、315、500、800、1250、2120。(2)動力參數(shù)的確定:由任務書設定電動機功率:N=1.5KW。查表得應該選擇Y系列三相異步電動機Y90L-4(同步轉(zhuǎn)速

7、1500r/min,50HZ,380V),轉(zhuǎn)速1420rpm,效率81%。功率因素cosφ=0.82,額定轉(zhuǎn)矩2.3KNm。2.運動設計:2.1傳動組的傳動副數(shù)的確定:傳動組和傳動副數(shù)可能的方案有:12=4*312=3*412=3*2*212=2*3*212=2*2*3在上列各方案中,前兩個有時可以省掉一根軸。缺點是有一個傳動組內(nèi)有四個傳動副。如果用一個四聯(lián)滑移齒輪,則會增加軸向尺寸;如果用兩個雙聯(lián)滑移齒輪,則操縱機構(gòu)必須互鎖以防止
