1、煙臺南山學院畢業(yè)論文題目德邦物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及前景分析姓名：李斌所在學院：管理科學與工程學院所學專業(yè)：物流管理班級：2008級01班學號：200805507176指導教師：常娜娜完成時間：2012-2-29摘要近年來，隨著國民經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展，中國物流業(yè)的市場需求持續(xù)擴大。物流行業(yè)也成不斷增長態(tài)勢，物流體系不斷完善，然而由于中國物流行業(yè)起步較晚，行業(yè)運行還有許多不成熟之處，大多都是中小民營物流企業(yè)，競爭力明顯不足。.另外再加上近兩年國際物流巨頭不斷開拓我國物流市場，我國物流企業(yè)更面臨嚴峻的形勢，因此充分認識當前我國民營物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問題，找出適合我國民營物流業(yè)發(fā)展的策略有非常重
2、要的意義。本文主要選取民營物流代表性企業(yè)（德邦物流）為研究對象，通過對德邦物流的SWOT分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)其主要存在運作體系薄弱，管理體制不完善；運營費用支出較大；物流管理人才缺乏；物流技術(shù)水平較低，物流設施利用不足，信息化建設亟待提高等問題。而且這些問題也是我國中小民營物流企業(yè)普遍存在的問題。對德邦物流上述存在問題的探討和解決，可以使德邦物流企業(yè)認清當前的形勢，也為我國第三方物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供借鑒。關(guān)鍵詞：第三方物流；德邦物流；SWOT分析；物流信息化AbstractInrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofnationaleconomy,Ch
