1、.塑料掛鉤座注射模具設(shè)計(jì)摘要注射模在機(jī)械、電子、航天航空、生物等領(lǐng)域及日用品的生產(chǎn)中得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用,但我國的塑料成形模具設(shè)計(jì)整體水平還較低,跟發(fā)達(dá)國家有很大的差距,主要表現(xiàn)在:模具零件變形大、溢邊毛刺大、表面質(zhì)量差、模具型腔沖蝕和腐蝕嚴(yán)重、模具排氣不暢和型腔易損等。目前,我國的注射成型發(fā)展方向主要為提高大型、精密、復(fù)雜、長壽命模具的設(shè)計(jì)制造水平及CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用范圍。本設(shè)計(jì)的課題是塑料掛鉤座注射模具設(shè)計(jì),塑件結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,尺寸精度要求較高,模具設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的難度。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容分為以下三個(gè)方面:注射可行性分析、模具總體設(shè)計(jì)和模具零部件設(shè)計(jì)。整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程主
2、要借助PRO/ENGINEER(以下簡稱PRO/E)、MoldFlow等軟件完成。該模具設(shè)計(jì)的過程為:(1)對(duì)塑件實(shí)體進(jìn)行測繪,同時(shí)在PRO/E中創(chuàng)建其3D模型,并用PRO/E的模型分析功能對(duì)其進(jìn)行初步分析和計(jì)算;(2)擬定型腔布局并選擇合適的注射機(jī);(3)利用PRO/E的模具模塊完成模具的模仁設(shè)計(jì)和澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),在設(shè)計(jì)澆注系統(tǒng)時(shí),運(yùn)用MoldFlow軟件對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行了最佳澆口位置分析和注射模流分析及模擬;(4)用PRO/E注塑模設(shè)計(jì)專家(簡稱EMX)進(jìn)行模架和模具各零部件的設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)的最大特點(diǎn)是運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念,在3D實(shí)體模型環(huán)境下完成整個(gè)模具設(shè)計(jì)過程。從零件建模
3、,到模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),以及最后的工程出圖,均通過PRO/E軟件完成;并且在設(shè)計(jì)過程中充分利用了PRO/E、MoldFlow的分析功能,進(jìn)行了如澆注系統(tǒng)分析、注射模擬、開模動(dòng)作檢測、干涉檢測等工作,以設(shè)計(jì)出最為合理的模具結(jié)構(gòu)。此外,設(shè)計(jì)中大部分分析計(jì)算都依靠設(shè)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行,手工需要完成的只是模具的結(jié)構(gòu)形式選擇及計(jì)算校核,從而把設(shè)計(jì)工作從以往復(fù)雜繁瑣的計(jì)算過程中解放出來,借助于EMX,大大縮短了模具設(shè)計(jì)花費(fèi)在創(chuàng)建、定制和細(xì)化模架部件以及模具組件上的時(shí)間,并且其3D實(shí)體模型也隨著設(shè)計(jì)零件的更改而自動(dòng)更新,從而使設(shè)計(jì)周期大為縮短,較好的保證了該模具的設(shè)計(jì)水平。本設(shè)計(jì)較好的實(shí)現(xiàn)了利用

6、.Atpresent,thedirectionofourinjectionmoldisfocusonimprovingthetechnologyoflarge,exact,complexandlong-lifemouldandwideningtherangeofusingtheCAD/CAE/CAM.Thesubjectofthedesignisaninjectionmouldforplasticpothook,astheconfigurationoftheplasticiscomplex,andtheprecisionofthedimensionishighrequ
7、ired,thedesignofthemouldisdifficultinsomedegree.Thecontentofthedesigncanbedividedintothreeparts:theanalysisoftheinjectionpossibility,thewholedesignofthemouldandthedesignoftheparts,theprocesshavebeenfinishedchieflywiththehelpofsoftwarePro/Engineer.Thegeneralprocessesofthedesigni
