1、BIM技術(shù)在住宅建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用（山東建筑大學(xué)管理工程學(xué)院山東省濟(jì)南市250101）摘要：近年來(lái)，隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)已被廣泛應(yīng)用于日常生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，數(shù)字化技術(shù)也取得了很大進(jìn)步。由于城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快和城市化規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，傳統(tǒng)的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助建筑設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)已經(jīng)難以滿足現(xiàn)代建筑的設(shè)計(jì)要求。針對(duì)這種現(xiàn)狀，BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，英對(duì)整個(gè)建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用。住宅建筑是建筑業(yè)的主要組成部分，先進(jìn)的住宅建筑設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)將成為解決能源危機(jī)、環(huán)境惡化等問題的重耍措施。因此研究新的住宅建筑設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)就具有
2、很強(qiáng)的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在建筑設(shè)計(jì)中，基于BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)所創(chuàng)建的炬擬建筑模型，包含了建造-?個(gè)建筑所需要的所有組成部分。從古到今，建筑設(shè)計(jì)方法隨著時(shí)間不斷更新交替，各種設(shè)計(jì)方法都促進(jìn)了建筑的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，其屮住宅作為人們使用最多的建筑形式，研究出更先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和方法來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)住宅、管理住宅，讓人們的居住環(huán)境得到進(jìn)一步的改善，成為人們主要分析和研究的內(nèi)容。關(guān)鍵詞：BTU技術(shù)；住宅建筑；節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)；應(yīng)用；中圖分類號(hào)：TU241文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：ABIMTechnologyintheApplicationoftheResi
