1、山東科技大學碩士學位論文摘要ABSTRACTThecurrentnumericalcontrolsystembasedonthemicroprocessorcanberealizedataverylowcost,sotheindependentdevelopmentoflowcostnumericalcontrolsystemhasapracticalvalue.ThissubjectdiscussestheautomaticgenerationofintermediatepointinvolvedintheCNC.Themainresearchisho
2、wtorealizetheISOprovisionsturningcirculationinthenumericalcontrolsystemcoremodules,resolvingcorrespondinginstructionexplainimplementationofturningG70/G71,dataprocessing,thealgorithmandtheprocessofthenodegenerated.Accordingtomyownanalysis,thispapergivessomeresearchofcyclenodecalcu
3、lationalgorithmrelatedtotheCNCsystemturningprocessing.Thealgorithmbasedontheobject-orientedtechnologybuildupthecirculationprocessingcuttingclass,whereistheintegrationoftheoriginaldataandthemethodofprocessingdata,accordingtotheoriginalparameters,thecalculationofintermediatepointof
4、steppedshaftcanberelized.Inthenodecalculationclassofcuttingcycleprocess,thealgorithmsolveextractinggeometryinformationofsteppedshaftfromtheexternalcontourcoordinateslineofG70/G71instructions,andplaceitinthegivendatastructuretoprogramandtest.Accordingtothealgorithminthepaper,theau
