2、縮技術(shù),并詳細(xì)研究了MPEG4標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)容和優(yōu)勢(shì),它廣泛應(yīng)用于低碼率傳輸。如何在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上實(shí)時(shí)傳輸mE(“碼流是當(dāng)前的一個(gè)研究熱門(mén),也是未來(lái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)多媒體的一個(gè)重要的研究方向。接著對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸協(xié)議進(jìn)行分析比較,選用RTP/RTCP協(xié)議作為本系統(tǒng)傳輸層協(xié)議,并深入分析了R1馴R:rCP的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容。最后給出了本系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊的解決方案,包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸模塊,網(wǎng)絡(luò)接收模塊,視頻編碼控制模塊和視頻播放模塊等。本系統(tǒng)具有視頻采集、播放、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸、網(wǎng)絡(luò)接收、解壓等功能,達(dá)到了MPEG-4網(wǎng)絡(luò)組播的基本要求,能實(shí)時(shí)傳輸視頻圖像。除視頻采集功能外均采用軟件實(shí)現(xiàn),有較強(qiáng)的可
