1、5種石斛對四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝損傷的保護作用［摘要］?文旨在研究比較霍山石斛、鐵皮石斛、鐵皮石斛、銅皮石斛和河南石斛等5種石斛對四氯化碳急性肝損傷的保護作用。實驗將C57BL/6小鼠隨機分為空白對照組、模型對照組、5種石斛高和低2個劑量組。各組連續(xù)給藥2周，末次給藥2h后，除對照組腹腔注射橄欖油外，其余各組腹腔注射0.5%CC14橄欖油溶液。16h后，采集小鼠血清及肝組織，測定小鼠血清中ALT,AST的活性；并檢測肝組織中SOD和MDA的水平；計算肝臟指數(shù)并觀察肝組織病理學變化，熒光定量PCR技術(shù)檢測肝組織中IL-ip,IL-6和TNF-a的mRNA的表達水平
2、。結(jié)果顯示，與模型組相比，各石斛組均能降低小鼠血清指標ALT和AST水平，使肝組織中MDA含量下降，SOD活性升高，減輕CC14對肝臟的病理損傷。此外，霍山石斛肝組織中IL-ip,IL-6和TNF-a的mRNA表達水平顯著下調(diào)。結(jié)果表明，5種石斛對四氯化碳急性肝損傷具有保護作用。但不同產(chǎn)地石斛和不同種石斛的保肝效果有所不同，其中霍山石斛效果最為顯著，其他幾種石斛保肝效果依次為鐵皮石斛、鐵皮石斛、河南石斛和銅皮石斛，這可能與不同基源品種石斛化學成分不同有關(guān)。[關(guān)鍵詞]石斛；保肝；四氯化碳；急性肝損傷[Abstract]Thisstudyaimstoinvesti
