1、等溫溫度對(duì)中碳貝氏體鋼組織和性能的影響摘要貝氏體鋼是指正火狀態(tài)或者連續(xù)冷卻條件下可獲得以貝氏體為基體組織的鋼。由于貝氏體本身具有良好的強(qiáng)度和韌性,貝氏體鋼才具有優(yōu)異的綜合力學(xué)性能,這促進(jìn)了貝氏體鋼的研究、開發(fā)和應(yīng)用。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者依據(jù)貝氏體相變理論對(duì)貝氏體鋼進(jìn)行了大量的研究,設(shè)計(jì)出了不同成分的鋼種和生產(chǎn)工藝,形成了不同系列的貝氏體鋼,大大推動(dòng)了貝氏體鋼的發(fā)展,本文對(duì)中碳貝氏體鋼,對(duì)其熱處理工藝、組織、性能、亞結(jié)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)行了部分研究。本文通過對(duì)中碳貝氏體鋼進(jìn)行900℃奧氏體化后,分別在200℃、250℃、300℃、330℃進(jìn)行不同時(shí)間的等溫處理,觀察其金相組織,測定組織硬度,
2、并進(jìn)行透射分析,來探究中碳貝氏體鋼的顯微組織和其硬度等性能之間的內(nèi)在本質(zhì)聯(lián)系。結(jié)果表明:該試樣等溫處理后的室溫組織為貝氏體、馬氏體和殘余奧氏體,且隨著保溫時(shí)間的延長,馬氏體的量逐漸減少,貝氏體的量逐漸增多,并趨于穩(wěn)定;相應(yīng)的,試樣的硬度逐漸降低,也趨于穩(wěn)定。通過透射電鏡的亞結(jié)構(gòu)分析,貝氏體組織晶間沒有碳化物的析出,而是存在著薄膜狀的中含碳量的奧氏體,貝氏體的亞結(jié)構(gòu)均為納米級(jí)的精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)。關(guān)鍵詞:貝氏體鋼,貝氏體相變,金相組織,顯微硬度26TheEffectofIsothermalTemperatureonMicrostructureandPropertiesofMedium
